Massage Therapist & Trainer BCST, Eng M.Sc.

Director and Cofounder of the Integral Body Institute. He is  bodywork therapist, specialising in Myofascial Energetic Release and deep tissue work. An experienced teacher of Lomi Lomi Nui massage and Tantra. A graduate of 2-year BioDynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy in England. He has been practicing bodywork, breathwork, meditation and Tantra for over 10 years.

On his way to mastery he reached to the sources of body and spirit work. Travelling through Asia, Europe and America he discovered what the human body really is and how important is listening to what it tells us. Sessions with another human being are a privilege for him. He loves what he does and his work brings him great fulfilment and joy. He admires his patients for their great courage, strength and the willingness to work on themselves.

He has studied with masters such as:

  • Susan P`ainiu Floyd -  “Aloha International” – Kilauea, Hawaii;
  • Satyarthi  Peloquin – “Osho Humaniversity” - Egmond aan Zee, Holland;
  • Rasal Antar “Osho Rebalancing” – Arambol, India;
  • Franklyn Sills – “The Karuna Institute” – Devon, Great Britain;
  • Mahasatvaa Ma Ananda Sarita – “Tantra Essence” – London, Great Britain;
  • Giten Tonkov – “Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release Institute” – Arambol, India;
  • Danuta Adamczyk, Jerzy Adamczyk – “Manawa” - Warsaw, Poland;
  • Sławomir Bubicz – “Akademia Hatha-Jogi” – Warsaw, Poland.

During each session he uses different therapeutic techniques of body and breathwork which he suits individually to every person. Everyone can benefit from his experience, regardless of age and gender. He has helped pregnant women, new born babies, small children, and also elderly people after surgery in an advanced stage of illness

He thoroughly prepares to each massage session, taking care about the condition of his own body and mind, following the thought: “one cannot teach others what one is not oneself”. During a session he enters into a deep state of meditation and tries to be a “mirror” for the patient taking care that they can feel themselves better.

Nisarga says that massage is real craftsmanship, because man’s body is a temple and he treats it with dignity and admiration. Our body had unlimited potential to heal and self-regulate. His main role is to tirelessly look for the best health condition. And even when we happen to not take good care of it – we forget about the right diet, movement, the right breathing or relaxation – it still continues removing toxins, it relaxes and keeps us alive. This is happening on the physical level when the autonomous nervous system regulates all the other systems in the body in the way that enables us to be in better shape. There is also a spiritual level, the body is a great vehicle which allows us to experience being here and now. Bringing feeling into the body is very important in working with people. It sometimes happens that we react to external triggers from a subconscious programme where there are traces of hurt from childhood. The return to the body means beginning here and now, feeling oneself and having the awareness which enables us to be present in every situation and make conscious decisions.

Nisarga’s personal thought:

“Life is like a journey, it doesn’t matter where it takes us, what’s important are beautiful sights and admiring them in the moment”.
